- One credit equals one persona answer. A five-persona group answering three probes costs 15 credits.
- Cycle credits arrive on every renewal and expire at the end of the period. Use 'em or lose 'em.
- Top-up credits never expire. Buy a pack any time and the credits stay on your balance until spent.
- Failed responses are refunded automatically. If a persona fails to answer due to a service error, that credit returns to your balance.
- Reservations protect your balance. When you start a session, the credits for the planned probes are reserved up front so you can't accidentally over-spend.
- Manage your subscription any time from the billing portal — change plans, update your card, view invoices.
Questions
What if I cancel mid-cycle?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle. You keep using your remaining included credits until then; any top-up credits stay on your balance forever.
Can I bring my own model key?
Not in v1. We run all sessions on Anthropic Claude under our key so we can keep prompt-cache hit rates high and pricing predictable.
What's a session?
A session is one focus-group run: pick a group of three to twenty personas, pick a conversation pattern (one-on-one, panel, concept-test, journey-walkthrough), and probe until you're done.
Are these real people?
No. These are synthetic respondents running in character against a structured persona file. Use them for structured intuition, not statistical evidence.
